OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

On a daily basis we manufacture in-house over a thousand stones in all sizes, color, cut, clarity, certified and non-certified.

STEP 1

We procure the rough diamonds from mines around the world and our diamond experts assort the diamonds in different groups depending on their shape, size, color, and clarity. The diamonds are then shipped to our factories in India.

STEP 2

The planners in our factory receive the diamonds first. They use the best mapping technology in the world to start planning the design of the diamond. The planner's role is essential in optimizing the value of the stone.

STEP 3

The diamond then gets passed on to our team that is responsible for cutting the diamond. With the help of the marks made by the marker, the diamond is cut with a state-of-the-art laser technology.

STEP 4

Once the diamond has been laser cut the diamond must go through bruting. Bruting is used to form the shape of the diamond. Using the 4P Process Machine the shape of the diamond is formed by cutting the table, crown, pavilion and girdle of the diamond.

STEP 5

The final stage in the process is the polishing of the diamond. Our craftsmen hold the diamond using a tang and polish it on a scaife to perfection. They add the final facets to the diamond to create the most beautiful luster.

STEP 6

The diamonds are assorted again depending on its cut, color, carat and clarity. A proportion of the diamonds are sent to get certified and the rest are sent to our sales teams in Antwerp, New York, Hong Kong and Dubai.
